Dispute Resolution (Arbitration or Court)
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms may, at the election of either you or us, be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. If arbitration is elected, it will take place in Dallas County, Texas, in English, before a single arbitrator.
