What not to include
Please do not send Social Security numbers, medical records, financial account numbers, client documents, privileged communications, or other sensitive case information unless the firm specifically asks for it through an approved channel.
Responsible testing expectations
Do not disrupt service, access or attempt to access another person’s data, bypass access controls, test physical security, conduct social engineering, run destructive payloads, perform aggressive scanning, exfiltrate data, or violate any law. Reports should be made in good faith and limited to the minimum activity necessary to describe the issue.
How we handle reports
We review submitted reports, route them to the appropriate firm or technical contact, investigate based on risk, and take remediation steps where appropriate. We may contact you for more information.
