Distraction-Free Driving PSA Scholarship Terms & Conditions

This scholarship is open to students accepted to or enrolled in an accredited college or university at either the undergraduate or graduate level. Please use the provided scholarship application form, as we cannot accept applications in any other form.

The deadline to submit your complete application packet is July 15, 2024. After that date, the submission window will close, and we will not be able to consider any late submissions. Also, we cannot evaluate incomplete applications, so be sure to include all of the required materials and attachments.

Anyone who meets the following conditions is NOT eligible to apply:

Employees or children of employees of Loncar Lyon Jenkins
Past recipients of the Distraction-Free Driving PSA Scholarship
Applicants who are unable/unwilling to be interviewed by a representative of Loncar Lyon Jenkins if he/she were to be awarded the scholarship.
Applicants who submit the same essay for multiple scholarships or for multiple years in a row

Loncar Lyon Jenkins Distraction-Free Driving PSA Scholarship Committee

All of the complete, timely applications will get reviewed by a scholarship committee. After reviewing the applications, the committee will select a winner. The decision of the scholarship committee is final. The committee will use the eligibility criteria on the scholarship page when reviewing applications. The scholarship committee is not liable for any technical difficulties that might prevent a person from submitting a timely or complete application.

Our Privacy Policy

We will use your application information to evaluate your qualifications for the scholarship, but we will not use that information for any other purpose. Neither Loncar Lyon Jenkins nor the scholarship committee will sell, distribute, share, or in any other way use the personal information of any applicant except as provided below.

Announcement of the Scholarship Winner

Loncar Lyon Jenkins reserves the right to announce the name of the scholarship winner and use portions or the entirety of the winning PSA on the law firm website, on social media, or in a press release.
